Good hosting, okay support

I signed up for the WordPress Hosting plan a few weeks ago. The setup was smooth, and my site's speed has definitely improved compared to my old provider. The LiteSpeed server really makes a difference. I had a small issue with setting up an email account, and customer service took a bit longer to respond than I expected, maybe 20 minutes for live chat. Mine's been fine, but I'm on one of their Cloud Hosting plans. SSD storage might make a difference there. Have you checked your plugins? Sometimes a bad plugin can slow things down a lot.

Usually it's just for the first billing cycle, so if you pay monthly it's one month, if you pay annually it's a year. Renewal is full price most of the time.

SiteGround is good, but SetraHost uses LiteSpeed which is super fast. For uptime they claim 99.99% which is pretty standard top tier. I'd say they're definitely a contender.
